§ 82-424. Manner of use of diagonal parking spaces.

(a)

The driver of any vehicle intending to park in a diagonal parking space shall only park in a diagonal parking space which is located to the right of the right-hand lane upon which the driver is proceeding.

(b)

The driver of a vehicle intending to leave a diagonal parking space shall back the vehicle only within the right-hand lane nearest the diagonal parking space and shall proceed only in the right-hand lane of traffic.
