§ 82-369. Stop at railroad crossing signal.

  • Whenever any driver approaches a railroad grade crossing and a clearly audible or visual signal gives warning of the immediate approach of a train or car, the driver of such vehicle shall stop within 50 feet but not less than 15 feet from the nearest rail of such railroad, and shall not proceed until the driver can do so safely.
