§ 82-204. Personal injury.

The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident which results in injury to or death of any person shall immediately stop at the scene of such accident or as close thereto as possible and shall then immediately return to and, in every event, remain at the scene of the accident until the driver has fulfilled the requirements of section 82-203. Every such stop shall be made in a manner so that obstruction of traffic is minimized.
