§ 66-26. Subdivision plats or replats to be submitted to planning commission—Recommendation to council.

Any subdivision of land containing two or more lots, no matter how described, shall be platted or replatted, and must be submitted to the planning commission for its consideration and recommendation to the city council for review and approval in accordance with SDCL 11-3-6.
