§ 30-1. Rules and regulations.

(a)

Promulgation. If the city council adopts rules and regulations required by the South Dakota Department of Public Safety, the rules and regulations shall be available for public inspection in the office of the Brookings Fire Department.

(b)

Violation. No person shall violate any emergency management rule or regulation adopted by the city council.
