§ 26-383. Application to obtain a license to lease to temporary merchants.

A property owner or agent shall file with the city clerk an application stating the applicant's name and residence; a description and identification of the place in which the applicant proposes to do business; the dates the applicant intends to lease to temporary merchants; and the name, address and type of business of the persons to whom the applicant intends to lease sites or booths to temporary merchants.
