§ 1-1. Designation and citation of Code of Ordinances.

The ordinances provided in this and the following chapters constitute and are designated "Code of Ordinances, City of Brookings, South Dakota," and may be so cited. These ordinances may also be cited as the "Code of Ordinances", "Brookings Code" or "Brookings City Code."
