§ 14-292. Application; contents; form.

Any person who desires to maintain or operate a pet shelter shall, on or before December 31st of each year make application to the animal control officer for a pet shelter license. The application shall be in writing, and shall state the name and address of the applicant, the location of the pet shelter, a description of the type and number of animals being harbored and the purpose of raising the animals. The application shall be made on a printed form furnished by an animal control officer and shall be filed with an animal control officer.
